SCHEDULING: You can cancel and reschedule your appointment by visiting our website www.hygorgeous.com, clicking on Book Now and sign in to your account to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Membership does not guarantee a specific Lash Stylist.
CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT: CONFIRM your appointment within 24 hours before your appointment; you will receive an email or text to confirm. If you do not receive a notice, please text 973-376-6262 to confirm. Please check with the front desk to set up your email or text number to receive confirmation notifications.
ARRIVAL: To ensure total session time and relaxation, we encourage you to arrive on time for your appointment. You must arrive with clean lashes free of any makeup. Eye shadow and eyeliner are fine. Contact lenses are optional. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT MUST BE UP TO DATE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
DURING THE PROCEDURE: To ensure you take total advantage of your lash session, we encourage you NOT to use your cell phone, text, talk, chew gum or make any mouth movements while you are getting your lashes, since such actions mean your lash stylist must stop. However, if you must do so, please notify your lash stylist when you need to stop, as any facial expression will slow the process and may hinder the quality of the service.
LATE APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: If you must reschedule, please reschedule/cancel ten (10) hours in advance to avoid an automatic charge of $30. Notify us by email or text message for your records. For a "no show", your credit card is automatically charged $65. Thank you for your consideration.
UNUSED SESSION(s): Unused session(s) will not rollover, be refunded or be transferred to future contracts or cycles. Clients have access to book online 24/7 at www.hygorgeous.com and click on Book Now, to reschedule the appointment for that month.
GRATUITY: Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips can be made in cash or added to a credit card. Gift cards do not include gratuity.
RETURNS: Retail products can be returned with the original receipt within 30 days. Opened products cannot be returned.
SERVICES: Services are final. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please call, text or email us within a week of your last service. Our client service representatives will be happy to assist you.
We do NOT freeze/hold membership payments.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP: Renews automatically. You may cancel 15 days in advance from your billing date.
SALON'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: Hy Gorgeous, LLC reserves the right at any time to terminate the membership or other privileges granted in the event of Member Default. A "Member Default" includes your (1) failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations, (2) failure to make timely payment of obligations and (3) failure to follow proper aftercare and maintain the minimum amount of lashes during your touch-up.
